Career Fairs
Our college co-sponsors a career fair each fall and spring semester that
allows your organization to meet with students. Fall Focus Career
Fair (fall semester), Directions Spring Career Fair (spring
semester). VT Career Services host Connections Co-op and Internship
Fair, (spring semester). More career fair information can be obtained

Panel Discussions
Let us know if you wish to participate as a panelist. Representatives
from various organizations discuss preparation for careers in their field,
typical responsibilities, and career paths.
On Campus Interviews (OCI)
Employers submit interview dates well in advance (4-6 weeks) to interview
students on campus for full time, part time, co-op, and internship, opportunities.
On Campus Interview dates for fall semester run October – December

Presentations
Many employers host an information session the evening prior to their
recruiting date to discuss career opportunities and answer questions about
their organization. Presentations can be conducted in Cheatham Hall or
the Career Services Building. Email Judith Araman at jaca@vt.edu
to assist you with arranging and publicizing your visit.

VT Career Services has provides an on-line database of Virginia Tech Students
and Alumni through eRecruiting Network. You search for resumes on-line
