You can click on the pictures to get a closer look.This champ has a circumference of 246 inches, a height of 85 feet, and an average crown spread of 93 feet - giving a final score of 354 points!
The tree is located on the property of the Fairfax Christian Church, which is located on Main Street in Fairfax. Mr. Davis reports that the Church is excited to find out that their tree is being recognized, and plans are currently underway to further honor this tree which is considered a "magnificent and majestic part of the community's natural history". This tree has also piqued the interest of the Fairfax Hisorical Society.
